Proven NOx Control for High-Demand Environments

In industrial and chemical operations, NOx is the pollutant that writes the permit. In fact, on many sites it decides whether you fall under Title V. AERINOX builds Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems for exactly that problem: stationary engines and turbines, and non-combustion process equipment such as calciners, thermal oxidizers, furnaces, kilns, pyrolysis units, boilers, and gas compression.

High heat is where SCR gets difficult, and it is where we’re strongest. Because our catalyst is engineered for a wide temperature window with long-term thermal stability, we quote applications many suppliers decline. Around the SCR core, we also integrate Oxidation Catalysts (Oxicats) for CO, VOC, and HAP emissions. Where your permit requires it, we add particulate control. The result is one engineered system, built to run in manufacturing, refining, and chemical processing conditions.

Engineered for Industrial Performance

We design and implement custom emissions control systems built to withstand the operational stress of manufacturing, refining, and chemical processing. Our solutions include:

  • Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems for high-efficiency NOx reduction
  • Oxidation Catalyst (Oxicat) systems for reducing CO, VOC, and HAP emissions
  • Industrial emissions control solutions designed for uptime and maintainability

Full Lifecycle Support

From on-site evaluation and custom system design through commissioning and daily operation, we’re your long-term partner in emissions compliance. That includes remote monitoring and diagnostics, plus scheduled maintenance and inspections.

SCR carries its own lifecycle, and we manage it. First, catalyst inspection and activity analysis estimate residual life. We then set predictable replacement scheduling for budget planning. Our catalyst elements are also field-replaceable — including elements that fit other manufacturers’ housings, so an existing installation doesn’t have to become a stranded asset. Finally, because the DCL Technology Group runs in-house catalyst manufacturing and a North American warehouse network, most replacement parts ship in 48 hours or less.
