Data center campuses are permitted on NOx. Backup, peak, or prime power, the air permit sets how many engines a site can carry and how many hours they can run — and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) determines where those limits land.

AERINOX builds SCR systems for stationary diesel and natural gas engines and turbines, engineered to the permit conditions your site is being approved under, from single buildings through multi-engine campuses.

Speed to power is the other half of the problem. We supply everything from the exhaust outlet to the stack — reactor and catalyst, mixing and injection, dosing and urea storage, controls, monitoring, and silencing — so no coordination gap opens up between suppliers when the energization date tightens.

Systems arrive factory-built, pre-wired, pre-tested, and pre-loaded: plug-and-play at the site, with minimal field labor and commissioning in hours rather than days, on site or remotely.

Around the SCR core, we add Oxidation Catalysts (Oxicats) for CO and VOC and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) for particulate matter, so your fleet performs to the limits you specified — whether those come from EPA, Tier 4 Final, the Clean Air Act, or your local permit — without compromising uptime.
