Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) System Components

We provide a full range of parts that make up an effective SCR system for NOx reduction in large stationary engines:

  • SCR Catalysts: Modular and custom-sized for optimal NOx conversion efficiency
  • Reagent Dosing Systems: Reliable, precision injection systems
  • Mixing Devices: Ensure even distribution of reducing agent (reagent) and exhaust gases

Oxidation Catalysts (Oxicats)

Used with SCR and/or DPF systems, our Oxicats significantly reduce carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) and can assist with passive DPF regeneration. These components are built for durability and low maintenance, whether in backup applications or continuous-duty environments.

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs)

Our DPFs are engineered to trap and oxidize particulate matter from diesel exhaust, helping customers meet Clean Air Act requirements while maintaining optimal engine performance. These are ideal for diesel engines operating under Tier 4 Final or similar regulations or seeking retrofit solutions.

System Controls & Integration

Every emissions system we design and build is supported by custom-engineered control panels, PLC-based automation, and remote monitoring options. This allows for seamless integration, optimized dosing control, and we can add continuous emissions monitoring, if required.
