AERINOX Inc. (“AERINOX,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects the privacy of the people who visit our website, request quotes, buy our equipment, and work with us. AERINOX is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Johnstown, Colorado, and is part of DCL Technology Group.

This statement explains what personal information we collect through aerinox-inc.com (the “Site”) and through our sales, engineering, and service activities, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

We treat your personal information with the same care we apply to our own confidential information.

1. Scope

This statement covers personal information AERINOX collects as a business. It does not apply to:

  • Third-party websites we link to. Read their privacy statements before giving them information.
  • Employee and contractor data, which is covered by our internal HR policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, job title, employer, business email, business phone, mailing address, project location, and the technical details you share when you request a quote, contact us, subscribe to updates, register for an event, take part in a customer survey, enroll in one of our marketing programs, submit a warranty or service request, or apply for a job. Quote and project information often includes engine model, fuel type, site conditions, permit limits, and other technical data about your facility.

Payment and credit information. If you become a customer, we collect billing contacts, tax and remittance details, and the information needed for credit verification and accounts receivable. We do not process consumer credit card payments through the Site.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and similar usage data collected through cookies and comparable technologies. See Section 6.

Information from other sources. Business contact and company data from our affiliates, trade shows and industry events, industry databases, permit and public filing records, and publicly available professional profiles.

We do not seek sensitive personal information through the Site. Please don’t send us government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information unless we specifically request it for a defined business purpose.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
  • Engineer, manufacture, deliver, commission, and service emissions-control systems.
  • Administer contracts, invoicing, credit, collections, and warranty claims.
  • Send technical bulletins, product updates, regulatory news, and marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • Run customer surveys and marketing programs, and act on the feedback we get.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Evaluate job applications.
  • Meet legal, tax, export-control, and regulatory obligations, and enforce our rights.

We collect only what we need for these purposes or to comply with law. Where we collect information indirectly, we do so consistent with applicable law and, where required, with your consent.

4. We don’t sell your personal information

AERINOX does not sell personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. How we share personal information

We share personal information only as described here:

Affiliates. DCL Technology Group companies, for order fulfillment, engineering support, catalyst supply, and shared business systems.

Project participants. On a specific project, we may share your contact and project information with the engine OEM, genset packager, EPC, engineering firm, or other party working that project, only as needed to scope, engineer, coordinate, or service the work. We don’t authorize them to use it for their own marketing.

Service providers. Hosting, email, CRM, analytics, ERP, logistics, payment processing, and professional services firms acting on our instructions under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide us.

Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulatory authority, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person.

Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may transfer to the acquiring party.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make it work, plus analytics cookies that tell us which pages people find useful.

We currently use: [LIST ACTUAL TOOLS, e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insight Tag].

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where our systems support them.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, contract, or our records-retention schedule. Project and warranty records are typically kept for the life of the equipment plus the applicable limitations period, because emissions systems stay in service for decades and we may need the file to support a claim or a regulatory inquiry. When information is no longer needed, we destroy or de-identify it using appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us at the address in Section 13.

9. Your choices

Marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to info@aerinox-inc.com. We’ll process the request promptly. We may still send you transactional messages about active quotes, orders, and service work.

Accuracy. We work to keep your information accurate and current. Contact us to correct or update what we have on file.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll respond within the time applicable law allows. Some information can’t be released or deleted, including information confidential to AERINOX or a third party, information subject to legal privilege, and records we’re required to retain. If we decline a request, we’ll tell you why and what recourse you have.

How to submit a request. Email info@aerinox-inc.com with your name, company, and what you’re asking for. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. State privacy rights

Residents of Colorado and certain other states have specific rights under state privacy laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. AERINOX does not sell personal information, engage in targeted advertising, or conduct that kind of profiling.

Most of the information we collect is business contact and project information exchanged in a commercial context, which many of these laws exclude from their definition of consumer personal data. We extend the choices in Section 9 to everyone who asks, regardless of whether a particular statute applies.
If we deny your request and you’re a Colorado resident, you may appeal by replying to our decision. You may also contact the Colorado Attorney General.

11. Visitors outside the United States

AERINOX operates in the United States and serves the North American market. Our systems, and the service providers we use, are located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws differ from those in your country. By contacting us, you understand that transfer will occur.

12. Children

The Site is intended for business use by adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
